We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can think beyond screens and take ownership of the product experience from idea to delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, developers, and designers to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Lead product design projects from discovery through final delivery.
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear product experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design quality and feasibility.
- Present and defend design decisions with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design practices.
- 4+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work.
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile products.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain the thinking behind design decisions.
- Experience working with developers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Work on diverse digital products and challenging problems.
- Own your work across the complete product design lifecycle.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams.
- Experiment with new tools, technologies, and AI workflows.
